State Senator Darby Hills (R-Barrington Hills) and State Senator Craig Wilcox (R-McHenry) are inviting area veterans and their families to a complimentary Veterans Luncheon and Expo honoring their service to our nation.
“Our veterans have given so much of themselves in service to our country, and this is just one small way we can say thank you,” said Senator Darby Hills. “I’m looking forward to meeting local veterans, hearing their stories, and helping connect them with the resources they deserve.”
The event will include food, fellowship, guest speakers, and an expo connecting attendees with organizations that provide important resources and services to veterans and their families.
“As a veteran myself, I know how valuable it is to come together, share experiences, and learn about the programs available to those who served,” said Senator Craig Wilcox. “This event is about honoring our veterans while making sure they know their communities stand behind them.”
