Last summer, we had a wonderful group of interns in our district office. It was a great experience getting to work alongside students who were eager to learn, serve their community, and gain real world experience in public service. Seeing their growth and enthusiasm made me even more excited to continue this program.
I am pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for our Spring 2026 Internship Program.
This opportunity is open to motivated high school and undergraduate students interested in careers in government, public affairs, communications, and related fields. The focus of this internship will be on conducting door-to-door outreach across the 26th District to engage with constituents, promote community outreach events, and gather feedback on the issues and topics they’d like me to focus on in Springfield.
