Utility Bill Clinic

Join Senator Darby Hills, the Citizens Utility Board (CUB), and the Palatine Senior Center’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for a free Utility Bill Clinic designed to help residents lower their energy costs and better understand their utility bills.
Attendees will receive personalized guidance on:
- Identifying unnecessary charges on gas and electric bills
- Energy efficiency rebates and do-it-yourself strategies to reduce utility costs
- Solar and electrification programs that can help lower monthly bills
- Financial assistance programs for income-qualified households
